Contribute to bringing new life to the Harrop Wetlands by planting and seeding native species in managed habitat areas!
With the 100+ plugs supplied by the Kootenay Native Plant Society, and specialized wetlands grass seed, FoKLSS will be restoring areas treated for invasive Reed Canary Grass during last year’s field season. Learn which native plants help rebuild healthy pollinator habitat, support biodiversity, and strengthen wetland ecosystems while enjoying a spring day in the wetlands.
