Friends of Kootenay Lake Stewardship Society is seeking to recruit an Executive Director to join our small and effective team.

Basic Job Description: The Executive Director is the lead staff person, responsible for the oversight of programs, finances, human resources, administration, and supporting organizational governance. Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ management experience, preferably in the nonprofit or charities sector. The position is full-time (flexible, negotiable) and permanent, depending upon funding. The job is a hybrid remote, office, and field position based out of Nelson, BC.
