Earth Day/ Easter Weekend Outreach Extravaganza!!
This past weekend was an action-packed few days for FOKL, we were busy enjoying the sun while chatting with folks about Kootenay Lake and what we have been up to and what we have planned for this summer. It was a great chance to celebrate this beautiful piece of Earth we call home, and catch up with our supporters and meet new ones!
Our team had our information booth set-up at both the Creston Market and Taghum Hall Earth Day Market. We had our awesome hats and watershed maps for sale, as well as fun crafts and coloring sheets for the kids.
We would like to send a big thank you to both organizers for having us and for putting on these spectacular events!
The Earth Day fun is not over though!
On April 27th join us at Kokanee Creek from 10 am till 12 pm.
