Join us on Sunday September 28th at the North end of the Lake for a Community Shoreline Clean-Up

The Friends of Lardeau River, the Kootenay Conservation Program and the Friends of Kootenay Lake are teaming up to organize a community shoreline clean-up in the north end of Kootenay Lake.

Take action against shoreline garbage by joining us on September 28^th for the Top of the Lake Shoreline Clean-Up event. The plan is to meet at the Argenta boat launch at 10am and start cleaning up the shoreline. Bring your boots and work gloves. There will also be a BBQ and refreshments on the beach to fuel the volunteers!
